April 10th's Book Beginnings and Friday 56

We've made it to Friday, so it's time for Book Beginnings and Friday 56.

This week, I'm going with a middle grade book.  But don't worry, it's still a mystery.  The book?  Tyrannosaurus Wrecks by Stuart Gibbs.

If you haven't read any of Stuart's books, you need to fix that.  They are always fun.  Oh, and if you have any middle graders in your life, consider sharing with them, too.

Here's how this book begins:
All the trouble with the tyrannosaur started the same day Xavier Gonzalez and I helped apprehend the Zebra Spanker.

Jumping ahead to page 56, we find this bit of dialogue:

"Getting involved might be dangerous."
"No, it won't."
"Everyone always says that, I replied.  "And then I end up in danger."

Yes, I've finished this one, and it is fun.  Come back Sunday for my full review.

Hope you have a fabulous Easter weekend.
