Pros: Slightly big Lego Stormtrooper turned into ornament.
What's not to love?
Cons: Slight tip
forward
The Bottom Line:
A great ornament
Plus no need to use the force
You'll enjoy as is
With the success of last year's Lego Darth Vader ornament
(which was reissued this year), I wasn't surprised when they announced the Lego Imperial Stormtrooper for this year. And
the geeks like me will love it.
As the name suggests, this is a simple design. The base is a gray Lego block with Lego Star
Wars written on it in the appropriate fonts.
The Stormtrooper is standing on the block. He looks like he is walking since his left
foot is attached to the block and his right is behind him with just the front
touching. He has a rather big and blocky
body and his head is shaped like the mask.
In his right hand, he's holding a Lego ray gun that's black with a round
orange block at the tip.
This ornament isn't the normal Lego character size. I'd say he's roughly twice that size. It makes him seem big, but he is in line with
other Hallmark ornaments, so he's not really that big.
And he looks good.
This is a Lego character turned into an ornament, so if you are a fan of
Legos, you'll love it. The ornament is
mostly white, but then so is a Stormtrooper.
And he'll really stand out on your tree.
The base of the ornament is a Lego block, as I mentioned
earlier. That means it is nice and flat
on the bottom, so you can set it out if you prefer to do that over hanging it on
your tree.
The hook for hanging is on the back top of his head. He tips forward very slightly, but for the
most part you won't be able to tell, especially when you get him hung on your
tree.
