April 5th's Book Beginnings and Friday 56

Welcome to Friday.  That must mean it is time for Book Beginnings and Friday 56.

This week, I am featuring A Dream of Death by Connie Berry.

This debut is due out on Tuesday.  I finished it up and loved it!  I hope you'll come back for my review on release day.

Here's how the book begins:
I never wanted to return to Glenroth.

And yes, the entire book does take place on Glenroth.

Meanwhile, on page 56, we find this:

"Were you concerned about Mrs. Spurgeon's safety?"
"I should have been.  Elenor told me something was scaring her.  Her exact words."

That's it for this week.  Have a wonderful weekend, everyone.
